Product Introduction
Tempered embossed architectural glass is a product that combines the characteristics of tempering and embossing, so that the final glass product has both the decorative and privacy protection characteristics of embossed glass and the strength and safety of tempered glass.

1. Glass cutting Precise cutting to ensure cutting quality and accuracy.
2. Glass edge grinding Fine grinding, edge grinding of cut glass to eliminate sharp edges and fine cracks and improve edge smoothness.
3. Embossing treatment Before the glass hardens, use a roller with patterns to emboss patterns on one or both sides of the glass.
4. Washing and drying Wash the edged glass to remove dust, oil and impurities on the surface to ensure subsequent adhesion. Drying is required after washing to prevent moisture from affecting the subsequent processing.
5. Tempered The principle is to form a layer of compressive stress on the surface of the glass to avoid glass breakage, so as to improve the strength of the glass, and better resist breakage. Even if broken, it is small particles, which greatly reduces the possibility of injury.
