1.Raw Material Gene Screening: Every batch of quartz sand undergoes X-ray fluorescence spectrometry to ensure ultra-clear substrate standards with iron content ≤0.015%.
2.In-process Optical Monitoring: An online laser defect detection system captures micron-level bubbles and impurities at a speed of 300 frames per second.
3.Mechanical Performance Verification: Every tempered glass panel must undergo 170MPa surface compressive stress testing and a 5-ball impact test.
4.Environmental Simulation Testing: Randomly sampled products face a 72-hour extreme challenge in a temperature cycling chamber from -40℃ to 120℃.
This rigorous quality control system has earned us the Swiss SGS "Zero-Defect Factory" certification for 8 consecutive years. Our tempered glass spontaneous breakage rate remains stably below 0.03% (only one-tenth of the industry average), and the argon gas retention rate in insulating glass shows less than 8% degradation over five years. When we say "stable," we mean material performance that withstands both the scorching desert sun of Dubai and the extreme cold of Northern Europe.
