2. Product Information and Orders

2.1 Product Descriptions – We strive to ensure that all descriptions, dimensions, thickness, light transmittance, and other technical parameters of our glass products are accurate. However, due to the nature of glass and differences in display devices, actual colors and textures may vary slightly from images. Such minor variations shall not be considered product defects.

2.2 Order Confirmation – Any order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, product discontinuation, or other reasons. An order is considered binding only after we send a written confirmation (by email or a proforma invoice).

2.3 Custom Glass – For glass products made to your specific specifications, patterns, or dimensions, once production has started, such orders cannot be canceled or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Price and Payment

4.1 Packaging – Glass is a fragile product. We will use export-standard wooden crates or secure packaging that meets international transport requirements. However, breakage may still occur under extreme shipping conditions. We strongly recommend that you purchase transport insurance.

4.2 Shipping Terms – Delivery is governed by the trade term specified in the contract or proforma invoice (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW). Under FOB, risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods pass the ship’s rail at the port of loading. Under EXW, risk passes when you or your carrier pick up the goods from our premises.

4.3 Breakage and Shortage – You or your freight forwarder must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. If obvious breakage, moisture damage, or quantity discrepancy is found, ask the carrier to issue an inspection record / damage report, and note “damage/shortage found” on the delivery receipt. You must send photos, transport documents, and the inspection record to us within 3 business days after signing for the goods. Failure to provide timely and valid evidence will be deemed as acknowledgment that the goods were delivered in good condition, and we reserve the right to refuse any claim.

5. Returns and Quality Complaints

5.1 Standard Products – We do not accept returns or exchanges due to color variations, subjective aesthetic preferences, or personal taste, unless there is a serious manufacturing defect (e.g., large bubbles, obvious scratches, or thickness deviation exceeding industry standards).

5.2 Quality Issues – If you believe a manufacturing defect exists, please provide high-resolution photos or a third-party inspection report within 7 days of receiving the goods. After our verification, we may agree to reprocess, offer a price reduction, or exchange the product, but generally without covering shipping costs or consequential damages.

5.3 Non‑returnable Items – Custom‑sized glass, glass that has been further processed (edging, drilling, tempering, etc.), and products made incorrectly due to errors in your design drawings are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, logos, product designs, and technical specifications, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

6.2 Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or use any content for commercial purposes. You are strictly prohibited from disclosing our product designs or technical specifications to any competitor.

7. Limitation of Liability
