Tempered Laminated Glass for Window

Tempered laminated glass for windows is a glass product that has been specially processed.

Product Introduction

Tempered laminated glass for windows is a glass product that has been specially processed. It is made of two or more layers of tempered glass bonded by an intermediate layer of materials such as PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film. This kind of glass not only has the high strength and heat resistance of tempered glass, but also combines the safety and sound insulation of laminated glass. It is an indispensable high-performance glass material in modern buildings.

Production Process

1. Material selection Select high-quality glass sheets and select the required thickness according to requirements.

2. Glass cutting Precise cutting to ensure cutting quality and accuracy.

3. Glass edge grinding Fine grinding, edge grinding of cut glass to eliminate sharp edges and fine cracks and improve the smoothness of the edges.

4. Washing and drying Wash the edged glass to remove dust, oil and impurities on the surface to ensure subsequent bonding. Drying is required after washing to prevent moisture from affecting the subsequent processing.

5. Tempered The principle is to form a layer of compressive stress on the surface of the glass to prevent the glass from breaking, so as to improve the strength of the glass, and better resist breaking. Even if it breaks, it is small particles, which greatly reduces the possibility of injury.

6. Laminated treatment

The cut PVB laminated film is combined with the tempered glass, the PVB film is naturally flattened, the inner and outer sheets of the glass are aligned, and the excess film is cut off. The glass with laminated film is pre-pressed at a certain temperature, humidity and pressure to form a uniform glue layer and remove bubbles in the glue layer.

7. Quality inspection: Strict quality inspection, including appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, strength test, etc., is carried out to ensure that it meets relevant standards and requirements.
