Clear Reflective Low E Tempered Insulating Glass

Transparent reflective low-radiation tempered insulating glass is composed of two or more layers of tempered glass, with a certain air layer or inert gas filled in the middle.

Product Introduction

Transparent reflective low-radiation tempered insulating glass is composed of two or more layers of tempered glass, with a certain air layer or inert gas filled in the middle. At the same time, the glass surface is coated with one or more layers of metal (such as silver) with low-radiation properties. , copper, tin, etc.) or a film layer composed of other compounds. This coating not only has a reflective effect, but also significantly reduces the emissivity of the glass, thereby achieving energy saving effects.

Production Process

1. Material selection: Use high-quality original glass sheets and select the required thickness according to requirements.

2. Cutting of glass Precise cutting to ensure cutting quality and accuracy.

3. Glass edge grinding: Precision grinding, grinding the cut glass to eliminate sharp edges and small cracks and improve the smoothness of the edge.

4. Washing and drying: Wash the edged glass to remove dust, oil and impurities on the surface to ensure subsequent adhesion. Drying is required after washing to prevent moisture from affecting subsequent processing.

5. The principle of tempering is to form a layer of compressive stress on the surface of the glass to prevent the glass from breaking and achieve the purpose of improving the strength of the glass. It can better resist breakage. Even if it breaks, it will only be small particles, which greatly reduces the possibility of injury.

6. Aluminum spacer bar processing and desiccant filling. According to the design requirements, use an aluminum bar bending machine to fold the aluminum spacer bars into frames. Molecular sieves are filled into aluminum spacers. The function of molecular sieves is to absorb moisture in the hollow layer and keep the air dry.

7. Apply butyl glue and glue the frame. Apply butyl glue evenly on the edges of the aluminum spacers to ensure that the hollow layer is sealed. Stick the aluminum spacer bar coated with butyl glue on the first piece of glass, and then stick the second piece of glass on the other aluminum spacer bar to form a sealed hollow layer.

8. Tablet pressing and structural adhesive making. The harmonized insulating glass is fed into the tablet press for tableting, and the glass and aluminum spacers are closely adhered to each other. Apply structural glue to the frame of the insulating glass to enhance sealing and stability.

9. Quality inspection: Conduct strict quality inspection, including appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, strength test, etc., to ensure that it meets relevant standards and requirements.

FAQ

Q:What is insulated glass?

A:Insulated glass is a glass product consisting of two or more layers of glass separated by spacer bars and sealed along the edges to form a cavity. It provides excellent thermal and sound insulation.

Q:What are the main uses of insulated glass?

A:Insulated glass is commonly used in places where good thermal or sound insulation is required, such as:

Buildings: residential windows, curtain walls, skylights.

Commercial: office buildings, shopping malls, hotel glass.

Vehicles: train, plane, car windows.

Q:How does insulated glass improve energy efficiency?

A:The cavity in insulated glass blocks air flow and reduces heat conduction and radiation. In addition, the filling of inert gases and low-emissivity coatings (Low-E) can further reduce heat loss and solar energy transfer.

Q: Can I have a small sample to verify the quality?

A: Of course. We welcome samples for quality inspection.

Q: What certificates have you passed?

A: Identified by relevant professional institutions, the company has passed 3C certification, environmental protection system certification and other quality system certification.
