Tempered Glass Production

Tempered Glass Production

1. Cutting/Edging: Precision shape forming.

2. Heating: 650-700°C in the furnace.

3. Quenching: Rapid air cooling (90 MPa surface compression).

4. Inspection: Fragmentation (EN 12150), flatness, stress tests.

Advantages:

- 4-5x stronger than annealed glass

- Safe breakage (granular fragments)

- Heat resistance (ΔT200°C)

- Certifications: CE, ANSI Z97.1, CCC

Compatible with laminating/insulating for architectural applications for doors, windows, office doors, and so on.
